Artwork review and sampling
Send drawings, reference photographs or a size list. We check the intended use, material and construction, then agree whether a material sample, print sample or assembled prototype is needed before the production run.

02 · Graphic output
UV and large-format printing
We produce graphics on rigid boards and flexible roll media for displays, windows, walls and lightboxes. The print method follows the substrate, viewing distance and installation method; size, bleed and artwork are checked before output.

03 · Shape and dimensions
Board cutting and shaped components
Straight cuts, contours and assembly openings are prepared from the confirmed drawings. CNC, laser or contour cutting is selected to suit the substrate and edge finish. Printed components need artwork and cut paths to align.

04 · Surface and structure
Finishing and assembly
Printed graphics are laminated or mounted, and display parts are bent, bonded or assembled as the project requires. We review visible surfaces and component fit before protective packing. The photograph shows hand assembly in our workshop.

05 · Ready for dispatch
Packing and shipment preparation
Packing is planned around the finished shape, surface protection and destination. Multi-part projects can be numbered and grouped by setup order. Cartons, internal protection or reinforced cases are agreed according to the order.
