Please provide the location, exposure and intended service period. Outdoor suitability depends on the material grade, ink, fixing and construction; it is not a blanket property of all acrylic or PVC.

Send finished dimensions, support points and the weight of the items on display. Thickness needs to be reviewed with the structure, rather than selected from a universal size chart.

Yes. Send a dimensioned drawing and the required contours, slots or holes. We review the cutting method and edge finish against the material and assembly requirements.

Orders start from one piece or one set. Send quantities by size and design; we confirm them with the quotation.

Typical production is 5–15 days after sample approval, depending on structure, quantity and finish. Shipping time is not included: air freight typically takes about 3 days and sea freight about 25 days. These are typical timings, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Yes. A material, print or assembled sample can be made as needed; typical sampling is 3 days from confirmed artwork and quotation. Sample fees are paid with the sample order and can be credited against the bulk order.

Include dimensions, quantities by version, reference files, material or finish preferences, intended use, destination and required arrival date. Mark any information that is still undecided.

Send the revised file with a clear version reference. We need to review materials already ordered and work already completed before confirming changes to cost or timing.

Send the destination and tell us whether you use your own freight forwarder. Packing, transport, documents and responsibility for each handover are confirmed for the order.

Packing is planned around shape, surface protection and handling. Multi-part displays can be numbered and grouped by assembly or store; special carton, pallet or case requirements should be raised with the brief.

Tell us the project location and installation scope. Manufacturing, assembly instructions and on-site work are separate items; any local support needs confirmation before ordering.

Send the production PDF or editable vector file with finished dimensions. Include linked images, fonts or outlined text, and keep cut paths separate from print artwork. We will confirm any additional format requirements.

Yes. Mark dimensions, quantities and the parts that need to be reproduced. A reference photograph is a starting point, not the final manufacturing drawing; unresolved details need confirmation before production.
