The quotation separates visible letter construction from the hidden support and packing needed for safe event use.
- A representative letter or one complete set can be sampled; typical sampling is 3 days after confirmation.
- Typical production is 5–15 days based on letter count, depth, finish and structure.
- Sections, bases and fixings are labelled and protected for the agreed assembly sequence.
- Air freight is typically about 3 days and sea freight about 25 days; DDP can be quoted.
- Third-party inspection can review dimensions, finish, stability and packing.
- Sample fees may be credited to bulk; bulk payment is 30% deposit and balance before shipment.

Letter construction is chosen from viewing distance, face finish, required depth and the concealed base or rear support. Foam, specified sheet board, metal or acrylic serve different visible and structural roles.
How it is made
Faces and returns are produced from vector outlines, joined to the confirmed depth, and tested with the proposed base or fixing arrangement before surface finishing and protective packing.
