Large props are split into labelled modules so the workshop, installer and freight team work from one assembly plan.
- A one-piece or sectional sample can be made when scale and transport limits require physical approval.
- Typical sampling is 3 days and typical production is 5–15 days from confirmed artwork and quotation.
- Modules can be flat packed or protected as shaped components according to their finish and fixing points.
- Air freight is typically about 3 days and sea freight about 25 days; DDP is available by quotation.
- Third-party inspection can cover dimensions, print, labelled parts and packing before dispatch.
- Sample fees may be credited to the bulk order; bulk payment is 30% in advance and the balance before shipment.

A scenic set may combine transparent accents, opaque printed faces and hidden support parts rather than forcing every component into one board specification. Material decisions follow span, access, viewing distance and assembly sequence.
How it is made
Artwork is divided into transportable, labelled sections. Shaped faces, joins and supports are trial assembled at the workshop before the modules are protected for the agreed installation order.
