The sample stage tests both presentation quality and the stresses created by opening, carrying and transport.
- A single finished case can be sampled; typical sampling is 3 days from confirmed artwork and quotation.
- Typical production is 5–15 days after the case structure and finish are approved.
- Cases are protected according to hinge, handle, surface and internal-platform requirements.
- Air freight is typically about 3 days and sea freight about 25 days; DDP can be included in the quotation.
- Third-party inspection can verify operation, dimensions, finish and packing.
- Sample fees may be deducted from a later bulk order; bulk payment is 30% deposit and the remainder before shipment.

Case materials are selected around carried weight, repeated opening and the finish expected during a presentation. Clear acrylic, opaque PVC-based boards and reinforced parts may be assigned to different areas.
How it is made
The workshop builds the shell and fitted tiers from the approved object layout, checks hinge and handle clearances, and then tests how the presentation is protected when the case is closed.
